If you've ever been lucky enough to attend one of Sarah's classes, you already know—she's not just a fitness instructor, she's a movement. Her journey began back in 2009, teaching gym classes at the very place she trained herself—Fitness First Solihull. What started as a passion quickly turned into a profession, and before long, her energy, authenticity, and undeniable talent drew attention across the local fitness community.
It wasn’t long before Virgin Active Solihull came calling. And when Sarah joined? She didn’t just fit in—she took over. Her classes were so in demand that she became a fixture on the timetable for nearly two decades, turning standard sessions into must-attend experiences.
Over the years, Sarah has truly been everywhere—sharing her skills, heart, and sweat with countless gym-goers across the region. From Tudor Grange to North Solihull Leisure Centre—where she broke new ground by introducing their very first yoga classes—Sarah has consistently brought innovation and warmth wherever she goes.
She pioneered yoga at Bardello, a much-loved local spot, and has been a staple instructor at David Lloyd Cranmore for over a decade, not to mention her presence at David Lloyd Monkspath before it closed its doors. She's also been part of Village Gym Shirley for an incredible sixteen years, and has stood with The Hampton, an independent gym, since the day it opened, now acting at their group exercise consultant, as well as introducing them to her her very own brand of Pump, a workout curated by Sarah, just for the members, which has revolutionised their timetable and attracted more members than ever before.
But what truly sets Sarah apart isn’t just her résumé—it’s how she teaches. Her classes are more than workouts; they’re a blend of fun, challenge, compassion, and genuine care. Whether it’s yoga, strength, or cardio, Sarah teaches with integrity and intention, always focused on helping people become fitter, healthier, and happier.

This is a short but fiery class to focus on accessory muscles that support balance, posture and functionality for every day movement!
2pm 45 min Yin Yoga
This is a beautiful class of binaural beats and deep Fascia stretching to encourage flexibility into the connective tissues around the joints. Plus, the mindfulness and wellbeing aspect is second to none!

Hot, fast, sweaty and quite frankly, the most fun you can have getting strong! House music and inappropriate RnB gets the flow going and this is dynamic, athletic yoga for those looking to advance their practice!
